Sermon Studio — Privacy Policy

Sermon Studio is a desktop app used only by staff of International Anglican Church ("IAC", "we") to publish our own Sunday sermons. This policy explains what the app accesses and what it does with it.

What the app accesses

• YouTube (Google): when a staff member signs in, the app gets permission to upload videos, set their thumbnails, and add them to a playlist on the church's YouTube channel.
• SoundCloud: when a staff member signs in, the app gets permission to upload audio tracks to the church's SoundCloud account.
• Google Gemini: the sermon audio is sent to Google's Gemini service to suggest where the sermon starts and ends and to draft a short summary.

How it is used

The app uses this access only to upload the church's own sermon recordings, with the titles and descriptions the staff member reviews before uploading. It does not read, collect, or change any other content, comments, subscribers, or personal information on these accounts.

Where data is kept

Sign-in tokens and project files are stored only on the staff member's own computer. We do not run a server, and we do not collect, sell, or share any data with anyone. Nothing is used for advertising.

Sermon Studio's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Use of YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Removing access

You can revoke the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions (Google) or in your SoundCloud account's connected apps settings, and by deleting the app folder from the computer.
